LaJoy Currie is a dynamic and creative leader, renowned for her systematic approach and exceptional ability to motivate others towards success.
With over 20 years of experience in supporting teams and driving leadership initiatives, LaJoy has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve success in high-pressure environments. In the past ten years, LaJoy has excelled as a Project Manager, honing her skills in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and process implementation. As a Project Manager, LaJoy has been instrumental in developing innovative solutions to consistently improve operational efficiency and increase productivity.
LaJoy was able to leverage her operational leadership skills and knowledge of SOP development to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals expand their capacity to acquire new leads by identifying areas for process improvement and developing creative solutions for navigating the nuances of the transaction process from contract to close.
Her transition to real estate has been a natural progression of her career, allowing her to leverage her extensive experience in project management to bring about exceptional results for Realtors and their valued clients.
