LaJoy Currie is a PMP-certified Program Manager and Operations Consultant with over 10 years of experience leading complex initiatives across federal, healthcare, and pharmaceutical environments.
Her career spans some of the most demanding industries in the country, from managing R&D programs at a major pharmaceutical company to supporting statewide public health portfolios at the Texas Department of State Health Services, to leading digital transformation across 40+ industrial facilities in the energy sector.
LaJoy has built program governance frameworks, executive dashboards, and operational systems that help organizations deliver predictably and at scale. In 2024, she founded Adai Assist LLC to bring that same enterprise-level expertise directly to businesses that need it most.
